We created this unique 35mm film-based custom light by re-purposing actual 35mm film from the animated classic 'Bambi' that was released in 1942. The source this Disney film was re-released in 1988 . This custom light contains 36 rare film cells featuring various scenes and a unique assembly (‘A worlds first!’) that holds and protects this beautiful film in place.

Note: This is our non-rotating light. Upgrading to allowing the light to rotate is available for an additional fee.

A low power led arrangement is inserted into the base to allow the film to be backlit. The complete assembly is then protected with a glass dome and powered by a low power USB-C cable (included).

Dimensions:   This piece measures  8.75" High x 3.6" Wide (H 22cm x W 9cm).
